The Historic Military Vehicle (HMV) displays were rather cramped and not terribly informative. Signage only gave the designation of the vehicles and their country of manufacture (in Chinese).
The museum featured implements of war from ancient to modern, from aircraft to firearms, from tanks to trebuchets. The hall containing most of the aircraft, and what appeared to be another Japanese tank was closed for remodeling at the time of my visit.
I would also like to thank those who helped me correctly identify some of the more obscure vehicles!

I would like to apologize for the quality of the photography. I anticipate returning to this museum in the year 2000 and I promise then to improve on this site. The shelter over the vehicles insures that they are well shaded, while the surrounding areas are brightly lit by sunlight. I plan to bring high speed film and a good flash on my next visit, and take pictures in the early morning or late afternoon to put the courtyard in shadow.
