BRAGS, BRAGS & MORE BRAGS!! JUNE 12, 1999: Maverick & Courtney took Reserve Best Junior At an ASCA sanctioned show. Judge: ? Beat: 1 in class; 2 for Reserve! AUGUST 14, 1999: Maverick takes BEST OF BREED at Sanctioned B-OB Match under Polly Naumen (Don't know if I spelt her name right, sorry!) and a GROUP SECOND, but there was only 2 dogs! AUGUST 14, 1999: Courtney & Maverick take 1st in Novice Senior Junior Showmanship Competition. AUGUST 21, 1999: Courtney & Maverick go to a very fun flyball seminar and Maverick get high marks!! October 2, 1999: Courtney & Maverick go to the '99 Canine Olympics. Mav tries out flyball, agility, lure coursing, & tracking, and loves them all! Maybe he has a future for an agility, flyball or tracking. If the Sighthound association ever wants to add Flat Coats to their list of eligible breeds, he'd be the one to call! : )!
October 10, 1999: Courtney and Maverick take 1st Place in the Novice senior Class @ Moberly MO Kennel Club out of 3 handlers. 2 Wins down 1 to go to get to Open Senior Class!
January 16 2000: Courtney & Maverick take Best Junior Handler at a Fun Match!!! February 6, 2000: Courtney and Maverick take 1st out of 4 in the NOVICE SENIOR Class at the St. Joesph Missouri KEnnel Club and are now able to MOVE UP TO OPEN SENIOR CLASSES!! May 7, 2000: Maverick & Courtney get their first leg for their AKC CD title in Novice A obedience @ the Mound City Obedience Trial under Ken Buxton!! May 14, 2000: Maverick & Courtney get 4th place in Open Senior in Emporia KS May 20, 2000: Maverick & Courtney take 3rd place in Open Senior at the Flat Coated Retriever National Specialty!! June 3, 2000: Maverick takes 1st place, Winners Dog, Best of Winners & Best of Breed in Alton, IL!! June 24, 2000: Maverick & Courtney get his 2nd leg in obedience @ the NOrth County Obedience Training Club with a 186 1/2 August 5, 2000: Maverick takes Best of Breed Adult & 2nd in Adult Sporting Group in Columbia MO Match! August 5, 2000: Maverick takes first place in Novice A with a 192.5 and get High Scoring Junior in Match! August 5, 2000: Maverick & Courtney get 1st place in teh Open Senior Class and take Best Junior Handler in Match at Columbia! August 13, 2000: Maverick earns his AKC CD (Companion Dog Title) getting his 3rd leg in Novice A with a Third Place finish!! September 9, 2000: Maverick get 2nd place at the Belle-City Obedience Trial in Novice A!!! September 10, 2000: Maverick gets 3rd place at the Egyptian KC in Novice A with a 191.5!! September 16, 2000: Maverick & Courtney take 2nd out of 8 in Open Senior at the Sullivan Shows November 4, 2000: Courtney & Maverick Qualify in Novice B w/ a 185.5 at the GateWay Australian Sheperd Club's Trials- Mav's FIRST LEG towards his ASCA CD!! Courtney & Maverick ALSO take HIGH SCORING JUNIOR IN OBEDIENCE!!! November 5, 2000: Courtney & Maverick Qualify in Nv B w/ a 185 1/2 at the Gateway Australian Sheperd Club's Trial-Maverick's SECOND LEG towards his ASCA CD!!!Courtney & Maverick also take HIGH SCORING JUNIOR IN OBEDIENCE FOR THE 2nd DAY IN A ROW!! November 5, 2000: Courtney & Maverick take RESERVE BEST JUNIOR at the GateWay Aussie Club's Show/Trial!!! Febuary 3, 2001: Finished ASCA CD with a 191 out of novice B and took High Junior! Also took RESERVE BEST JUNIOR Febuary 4, 2001: Took High Junior again!!! Also took BEST JUNIOR HANDLER! March 3, 2001: Open Dogs 2 out of 3. March 4, 2001:Open Dogs 1st/Winner's Dog/Best Of Winners 2 pnts! His first CH points! March 16, 2001: Open Dogs 1st place/Winners dog/Best of Winners/Best of Breed for a 3 Pnt Major!!! March 16, 2001: 4th place in Open A with a score of 181 1/2 -FIRST CDX LEG! March 17, 2001: Open Dogs 1st Place/Winners Dog/Best of Opposite Sex for 2 more points! March 17, 2001: Qualified in Open A with a 174 1/2- 2ND CDX LEG!!! May 4, 2001: Maverick went WD/Best of Breed at the St Charles kennel Club for 1 point. He now has 8 Points towards his Championship! May 27, 2001: Maverick went WD for 1 pnt at Bloomington IL! Now 9 Points! May 28, 2001: Maverick went WD for 1 pnt at Bloomington Again! Now has 10 Points! Maverick had a great time in Colorado at the FCRSA 2001 National Specialty. He had a great run in Agility, although we didn't Qualify! Maverick took 3rd Place in OPEN A with a 184 to finish his AKC CDX TITLE! He also helped Courtney to a 2nd Place in Open Senior Junior Showmanship!!! November 12, 2001: Gateway Agility Club Trial: Belleville IL 1st Place Novice A Standard! FIRST LEG! Score of 100!! March 2, 2002 Gateway Agility Club of St Louis: 2nd LEG OF NA! 1st Place & a Perfect score of 100!! April 21, 2002: DART Flyball Tournement: Springfield, IL Picked up 81 Points! FLYBALL DOG TITLE! *FD* April 22, 2002: DART Flyball Tournement: Springfield IL Picked up 106 points! FLYBALL DOG EXCELLENT TITLE!! *FDX* July 21, 2002: Galveston County Kennel Club: Houston, TX Maverick finishes his AKC Championship under Judge Mrs. Esme Treen with a 5 Point Major!
