This plane flies great - have fun

" The jline original"

# 1 Start with a sheet of paper measuring 8 1/2 x 11 inch. or 21.5 x 28 cm in half. Red line indicates were to fold. See illustration.

# 2 Fold the top two corners down. See illustration.

# 3 Fold the nose down towards you. The nose should end up about one" from the bottom edge. See illustration.

# 4 Fold the top two corners down again.

# 5 In the previous step, you ended up with a little triangle at the bottom. Now just fold it up. see illustration.

# 6 In this step, turn the plane over so that the triangle is facing downwards towards the desk. Now fold the nose back 1- 3/8". Shown in red, see illustration.

# 7 Fold the plane in half making sure the triangle remains on the outside of plane. Shown in red, see illustration.

# 8 In this step, you are going to fold both wings the same. Starting with the top edge, fold it down so that it meets the bottom edge. See illustration. Now fold the other wing.

Here are some helpful hints : # 1 In step # 6 you can change the length of the fold to make the plane fly in different ways, try playing with this fold. I have given you the measurement that I feel, is most rewarding.

# 2 This is very important. For this plane to fly properly, I have given you an illustration (see below) to be able to check the Dihedral ( wing angle ) of your plane so that you can make sure yours looks the same. Also see smoothing the lines page I have listed below.

Congratulations you have finished your "Unknown"
