I purchased my car from an individual in Leeds, AL in October of 1999 and about 10 months later it was complete (well sort of). The car had been started but was not finished when I purchased it. The day I picked up the car it was almost to the point of rolling with the front and rear suspension hung under it but no wheels and tires and no front hubs. My dad and I got a set of old wheels and tires along with an old set of hubs so we could roll it into the car trailer. With all the donor parts that came with the deal we had to make two trips to get everything home. After everything was in the garage I removed everything that had been done so I could repaint and start all over. The plan was to stay with the stock 5.0, T5, and most of the other original mustang equipment but as you look around this site it is far from stock. As I have found out I can't seem to leave it alone I'm always making changes but to me that's just part of the fun of having a car like this. |
