Thoughts rush back to the moment,
when we had such extraordinary luck.
It's the day we met the man,
that everyone knew as " Tuck ".

Tuck was always an inspiration,
giving the greatest gift a man can give.
Laying his life on the line daily,
so that someone else might live.

Knowing that life isn't always easy,
some of his decisions had to be tough.
When it's was all said and done,
he gave it his best...and that's always enough.

Giving a sharp and tearful salute,
we stood side by side.
In honor of our friend and comrade,
with whom we share great pride.
~*~
So now when we look to the heaven's,
it won't be the stars that we see.
It will be the twinkle from Tuck's eyes,
looking down and smiling at you n' me.
