`Colors and Their Meanings`

Since everything is made up of electomagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to color, light and sound, then so would COLORS vibrate at different frequencies. When it comes to magick and using it to create needed change there are many things you can opt to involve to help with the cause of the needed change. Please note: I personally only add this info to help other's. I myself look at magick, energy as being achievable with or without such things as colors, gems etc. Sometimes though I enjoy putting all these items together. This is going to be your own personal choices. One of these things would also include colors and their meanings. There is no doubt that colors have an effect on our moods, and we also use colors to describe our moods. As woman and some men we even feel a certain way based on the colors we are wearing. So if I'm performing a ritual to mend a broken friendship I would opt to use a pink candle. I would then anoint the pink candle with lemon oil as it is a friendship oil and pink represents friendship. I would put all my energy into the oil and then transfer that energy into the candle until I feel the candle is full of my energy. The main item needed for all magick is to NEVER look down at it and have complete FAITH and understand it will come as it see's fit and may not be exactly what you were expecting. Again study study study.. Approximatley 2,500 years ago, Pythagoras applied color light therapeutically and the~color halls~were used as a healing form in the ancient times of Egypt, China and India.

Purple foods - Promotes Leadership skills, can heal and calm the emotions

Green foods - Improve physical stamina inside and out, heals panic, fear and apprehension.

Red foods - give extra energy, heals lethargy and drowsiness

Orange foods- create optimism and change,helps heal grief and disappointment.

Yellow foods - encourages laughter, joy and fun, helps depression

Blue foods -Helps instill peace and relaxation; helps concentration, helps anxiety

WIEGHT

Yellow and brighter foods help lose wieght by giving energy to the mind

Orange foods helps absorb needed nutrients of other foods.

Blue and Purple and darker rich colors foods help to induce calmness which can help to gain wieght.
